Shevetsinc (the "company") provides consulting services in strategic planning, corporate investment management, executive mentoring, asset protection, holding structuring, and mergers and acquisitions advisory. Services are intended exclusively for entrepreneurs and companies that expressly request such services.
The client undertakes to provide complete and accurate information necessary for the provision of services. The company undertakes to maintain data confidentiality and to perform services with professional diligence. Any advice offered does not constitute a guarantee of financial results.
The company is not liable for indirect losses, moral damages, or loss of profits arising from the use of services, except in cases of gross negligence or fraud. The total liability of the company is limited to the value of fees paid for the service in question.
Payment for services shall be made according to the issued invoice, within 30 days from the date of issuance. In case of non-payment, the company reserves the right to suspend services. Refunds are granted only for services not rendered, proportionally to their value.
Either party may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice. The company may terminate the contract immediately in case of a serious breach of terms by the client. Upon termination, the client shall pay for services rendered up to that date.
The company reserves the right to modify these terms. Changes will be communicated to clients at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use of services after modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
